Organization owners and admins can manage members from the organization settings page.

View members

  1. Go to your organization detail page
  2. Click Settings
  3. The Members section shows:
    • Each member’s name (or initials) and email
    • An Owner badge for the organization creator
    • A Remove button for each member (except the owner)

Remove a member

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click Remove
  3. The member is immediately removed from the organization
Removed members:
  • Lose access to the organization dashboard
  • Can no longer access the Coder dashboard
  • Their existing workspaces remain but become inaccessible to them
The organization owner cannot be removed. To transfer ownership, contact hello@codewire.sh.

Revoke pending invitations

If you’ve sent an invitation that hasn’t been accepted yet:
  1. Find it in the Pending Invitations section
  2. Click Revoke
  3. The invitation link becomes invalid

Re-inviting a removed member

If you remove someone and want to add them back, simply send a new invitation to their email address.
